Instructions

Read the instructions carefully before filling the application form

1. Please fill in all the required details in the form. Ensure there is no mistake when you fill in important information such as Name, Email address and Contact Number.

2. Optional fields are marked optional and fill them if it is applicable for you. For instance, Guardian details or Previous school information.

3. There is a provision for you to upload the applicant’s photograph, the signature of the parent and payment proof at the end of the application form. This section is optional, you can use this if you are comfortable uploading these data to the form. You can provide photos and payment even when you visit the school office for the admission process.

4. Once you filled the application form you will receive a confirmation email from the school with a copy of your application form attached with it. The email will contain further details about the application form.

5. You are requested to submit the printed version of your application form with additional documents as specified in the application form (instruction section) to the school office before 31st March 2024.
